Shouldn't it be:

The way it's written now makes it sound like Spansion's project and  
not the Robot Group's. I understand that "the Artist" is The Robot  
Group in the contract, but their way of phrasing it could be  
misconstrued as the technology belonging to Spansion while only being  
operated by TRG.
