[Robotgroup] There's still time!

Was just talking to a friend who is going to come rescue me at the end 
of my shift and watch the procession.  We were wondering about two 
things.  1. What about parking for "civilians"?  State parking garage? 
Dillo?  B. What about food? After being down there all afternoon I'll be 
wanting to eat at some time.  Are restaurants on Congress open? Food 
vendors at the parade, oops procession?  Bring a picknic basket?
