[Robotgroup] Officer (and other interested parties): things to do

Fellow officers and other interested members,

The to do list:

      1) check the mailing list against the paid membership list,

      2) decide on the location of the (2006-12-07) annual business  
meeting / election (confirm same),


      3) get notice of the (2006-12-07) annual business meeting /  
election in the mail,

      4) decide what to do for proxies in case of severe, inclement  
election on the evening of the meeting / election,

      5) obtain a slate of nominees (volunteers, not voluntolds) to  
run for officer and board of directors slots,

      6) finish consensus mission statement so that it might be voted  
upon as a charter change at the annual business meeting / election  
(2006-12-07, if I failed to mention that earlier),

      7) decide upon and prepare statements for any other charter  
amendments to be voted upon at the annual business meeting / election  
(2006-12-07),

      8) preparations for Thursday's (2006-11-09) last Dorkbot of the year,

      9) preparations for Tuesday 2006-12-12 event at The Heritage at  
Gaines Ranch,

     10) preparations for First Night Austin event 2006-12-31 (repair  
damage to RoboSpinArt machine, finish changes to software, build 2nd  
RoboSpinArt machine, etc. ... T-shirts ... obtain a list of music  
samples being used and prepare / mail letters of intent to use to  
appropriate parties).
