Brooks,
1st: no one gets booted for non-payment...a member is a member for life;
however, non-paying members do not participate in voting at the annual
board meeting / election of officers (2006-12-07)
2nd: Evan Harris provides the mailing list service. Eric Lundquist and
Vern Graner maintain the list.
3rd: If visiting the following page (and filling out the subscription
request) does not get him back on the list, have him contact Eric or Vern -
offlist.
