[Robotgroup] bond-out in a can

I've also been wanting to build a microchip bond-out machine so I can hack RFID patches to run the tiny cars .I had an old IBM prototype bondout that looked fairly simple with a crude spotwelder made from a multi input transformer (I use to rebuild big assembly line spotwelders for Cole Solar Systems years ago) ,the key to a good spotweld is in the shape of the tip and the timing of the pulse .Not nearly as hard as you might think .
