[Robotgroup] Annual Business Meeting / Election

If you are listed as a paid member[1], you are eligible to participate  
in the annual business meeting / election to be held 07 December 2006  
at Pok-E-Jo's (the Lamar @ Capital of Texas Hwy location).

Paid members will also receive a notice vis US Postal Service (snail)  
mail which will include a proxy form.

If you are interested in (re-)running for one of the offices, please  
drop me a line - offlist - so that I might post a list of potential  
candidates interested in being (re-)nominated for the four elected  
offices / three board positions.

[1] Tom Morin will send a list of paid members to The Robot Group  
mailing list soon.  Members in conflict about their paid / not paid  
status should contact Secretary Tom Morin and Treasurer Derek Bridges  
offlist.
