Great job today Vern. Here are a couple of suggestions. Perhaps we need to
make a video to have for people waiting in line (we know that we will have
people waiting in line for the Dec. 31st event) that describes the controls
and how they work. We also need to have the controls labeled on the machine.
You are going to burn out if you have to do the "description" for every
person that passes through the gate. We also need to train more robot group
members to do the talk so that it doesn't fall entirely on your shoulders.
What about, if we don't want to do a video (I have a small television with a
built in vcr so it won't be a big deal) what about a sheet with
instructions, or having rg members working the line and showing a colored
schematic of the control panel? Also, we really need more rg business cards
and sheets detailing the rg and what we do. Oh yeah, we are going to
discuss some of that this evening, a mission statement.

Loved the photos. The girls at the end were very photogenic. I didn't know
if I was getting anything worthwhile, but you know me, snap snap snap. The
really were having a blast and really really loved the whole concept. They
loved the music. "My favorite part is the music" is what I heard one of them
say.

It may have seemed like we were out of the way, off by ourselves, but we
were noticed. And, the fellow at the end that was going to pass out the
spin art to the sponsors.....priceless.

See you soon.

Denise
