Several of y’all indicated they would be interested in hearing more about Gary Hoover’s concepts for his new Road Museum. I believe he is having a meeting on Oct. 21. Below is the email I will be sending to Gary to request an invitation. Let me know if you have any comments about the letter. Also, if you would be interested in a Road Trip to attend the meeting. I believe the meeting will be between Oak Hill and Drippings Spring.

Our members include a diverse group of artist, engineers, teachers, programmers, machinist and inventors. We combine our special talents to come up with some very unique concepts. Some of our recent projects have been featured at First Night, Austin Children Museum, Haunted Mansions, LinuCon, Dorkbot and EFF.

Several members have express interest in see how the RobotGroup could help with ideas for your new Road Museum. We would like to attend the meeting on Saturday, Oct 21 to hear your concept and get a further understanding of how we might be able to help.
