  Do we have a date for the Heritage event? Also, any chance I could borrow the Sand Art project prior to these events for a tune-up??

The next Dorkbot, as far as I understand it from David, is featuring the 
Robot Group and their current fantastic projects.

It is the second Thursday of November, and the place is to be announced. 
More infomation will be provided when we receive it.

The next event is the paid Robot Group appearance ($200.00) from The 
Heritage at Gaines Ranch, a very nice retirement community. Their theme for 
the evening is "The Future". So, we will bring out all of our projects that 
fit that theme. I have the centerpieces for the tables already (glowing 
alien heads, optic fiber alien spacecraft and optic fiber sleek stainless 
steel looking holders). The more we bring, the better. Moving robots, spin 
art machine, theremin robot, sterling engines, rope lights, blinky, bright, 
plasma lamps, etc.....should be fun. It starts at 4:30-7:30, so if you can 
come earlier to start setting up, great, or come when you can. Let us know 
who is on board with this project, and what you will bring. I am thinking 
we can reimburse for gas, etc.

Hope to hear from the group soon regarding these events.
