Ok so I saw this on ebay recently:

Here's the description:

The Skeletal Organist

The Skeletal Organist is a multi movement articulated pneumatic driven
animatronic that features side to side head turn (90 degrees of
movement), individual elbow, individual arm (side outreach), head and
shoulder tilt, and body lean movements. All of which are hidden
completely (except the forward tilt cylinder) within the confinement of
the rib cage.

The Skeletal Organist is an original DC design that was rebuilt in 2006.
It's bench, valve bank and main cylinder are very lightly used, but the
remainder of the prop was completely replaced and upgraded in July 2006
and only used during testing.

It has been corpsed using the highest quality mold builders latex, and
hand painted with an antiqued finish.

Price $2350.00 (this price includes free shipping to US locations)

There's a video of this thing in action here:

Ok, so imagine this: We build a bunch of props like this for a haunted
house, then after the haunt has paid for the props, we sell them on ebay
to get money to make more props and repeat the process, going for
bigger/more elaborate each year...? :)

Vern

ps: This really makes me wonder what the dungeon keeper in the coffin
that I built is worth!! :)
