Brooks,
You are referring to the statement of purpose in the 1992 charter. That is
not the same as a mission statement and, no matter ow much time, sweat, and
acrimony went into that, it appears to be less relevant than it should be /
might be today.
'Technophobia' as discussed at the retreat was probably a lot more of a
problem in 1992 than today. Also, we are long past the days of obtaining
grants and funding arts projects across the community.
Again, I ask, what is our mission, our purpose, our reason for existence?
What are our values, our goals?
