It was not my desire to have you share your ideas yet nor to steal your
thunder. My post was intended to encourage all concerned begin to collect
and write down their ideas (individually) for discussion on the 28th. If
you don't contribute, no one will care to listen to your whining later on,
... "If you didn't vote, don't bitch!"
