[Robotgroup] Mission statement discussion

There will be no vote taken regarding the mission statement on 09/28.
Glenn may or may not be there to join in the discussion.

I do hope that we will hammer out something that can be further shaped and
polished in time to vote on it at the annual business meeting in December.
