As you may know, Ann Graham has resigned as Executive Director of First
Night Austin. Russell-Shaw Marketing will be handling event production 
for First Night Austin 2007 presented by H-E-B. The event is still 
scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 31, 2006.

We are currently reviewing your proposals and working very hard to get 
letters out by October 1 to let you know if your proposal has been 
selected for this year's event.
