[Robotgroup] New google TiSP service

As the semi-official Mr.Poo-Poo of the group, I take particular  
pleasure in predicting that the Google TiSP will never work. In my  
opinion it is flushing money down the toilet,. Then again, maybe this  
is how payment is made to them : )
