[Robotgroup] Wiring advice

Looking for advice (not physical help) on wiring my garage.

What I want to do is a surface wired set of outlets so I'll have power 
to a work bench without doing permanent wiring in the ceiling.  May be 
able to use something like PVC conduit and those kind of C shaped 
clamps.  I have a drawing to illustrate what I'm trying to do but I'm 
sure Yayhoo would filter it out.  Anybody wanting to advise or opine is 
welcome.
