My Vote?

Do the American thing and make a profit. If something has value to
someone, make them pay for it. If they don't want to pay full price
for something, require them to put some money in the RG kitty so
they're doing something worthwhile for all YOUR efforts.

If someone is so desperate for a free item that they have no qualms
about begging, take a good hard look at how new their car is, what
kind of watch they have on and which model of cellphone they own.

If they still whimper and whine that they're poor, make them earn
their booty by hopping on one foot, patting their head, rubbing their
tummy in circles and reciting BOTH the Declaration of Independence
and the original Bill of Rights, FIRST.

Of course, the entire time, you will be videotaping them so you can
sell it on e-Bay or post it on You-Tube so everyone in the country
can have a good laugh!

Brutal? Probably, but I didn't claim my former moniker Rush-Tilla
'cause I'm so warm and cuddly.
