I would be willing to work on the Robofest name trademark and bring the
issue to a successful conclusion.

Ok folks, time to ask for help on a couple of things. I simply don't
have the bandwidth to pursue everything and I feel that these two issues
(at least) are time sensitive:
1) the ROBOFEST name
It has been pointed out to me that there is now a WIKIPEDIA article that
details the people that have taken the name:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robofest
without any mention of our invention of and prior use of the name. I
need someone to take the lead and act as ambassador for the group, draft
a letter and send it to these people asking for recognition of our
creation and prior claim with an eye towards allowing them to use it as
long as they do not try and 1) claim it as a trademark or service mark
they exclusively own and 2) they do not try to bar our use of it.
Next, the CNC mill. I know, it's probably already been sold in an estate
sale as a fish tank to a 10year old for $10.00, but I'd at least like to
get a final result so we can put this issue to bed.
My job has recently started to consume more of my time and I just don't
have the bandwidth to chase these things. Board members? Elected
officials? Interested Roboteers? Please step up! :)
