The Robofest name and a copyright on the logo art may be worth perusing.

A well worded letter to those who may be using the name and artwork
may be a good place to start.  I will sign a well worded letter.

If you can find out who is handling Tom's estate, sending them a letter,
is probably the place to start.  Someone is the executor of his estate.
Dealing with anyone else is inadvisable and is a waste of time.
