I just helped Marvin set up in the dealer's room of 
Armadillocon.    He's going to have a nice set up all to himself today.

We have the back corners for our set up and Chuck said we could 
spread out the tables and take more space if we needed.

I don't know if you knew about the loading dock, but there is a very 
convenient loading dock on the side of the hotel that faces 
IH-35.  To get to the loading dock you still have to come in the 
front of the hotel (Camino La Casa) and go through the front loading 
area and then drive around to the loading dock. It's a one way drive 
through that is clock wise.  They have some hand trucks, but it would 
be a good idea to bring your own, since other people will be 
competing for the few they have.  Tom and I will just meet the RG 
there in the morning.
