As mentioned on Tuesday November 6, The Robot Group is holding its 
required Official Yearly Meeting on December 9th. All members in good 
standing (i.e. paid membership dues) and their families (spouses, 
significant others, offspring etc.) are invited (per email RSVP) and 
encouraged to attend the banquet and elections.

That being said, I would like to extend my humblest apologies in not 
getting the proxy form out sooner. If you definitely will attend then no 
problem, you can vote there; If not, and you still wish to have a say in 
the elections you will need to have someone else vote on your behalf. 
This means they need a signed proxy giving them permission to vote for 
you. Unable to locate a copy of the past proxy, I have made up one. No 
one has openly declared willingness to run to me so there are no listed 
runners.

YOUR PROXY FORMS ARE BEING MAILED TO YOU, but since it would be 
difficult for you to get the proxy signed and mailed back in time, it 
may be best for you take the attached copy, locate an individual of 
trust who will be in attendance and fax a signed copy directly to them. 
An email typed signature may be acceptable also as long as everyone was 
in agreement that it is a legitimate signature, printed out on paper 
with header matching your known  email address and brought by someone in 
attendance.

Again my humblest apologies in the delay, especially for those folks who 
live as far away as Arizona. Please have your coordination secured 
before the meeting on December 9th.

may properly come before the Annual Meeting that are unknown to The 
Robot Group a reasonable time before this solicitation.
