[Robotgroup] Wii remote to make giant touch screen! :)

You can accomplish the same thing as the Wiimote camera with just a
regular web cam and an IR filter (i.e. completely exposed
photographic slide!).

For the thing de la maquina is building at the children's museum,
we're basically doing this as a touchable screen w/ frustrated
internal total reflection (i.e. shining IR through a piece of acrylic
and watch for reflections of IR off fingers -- rear projected image
up through the touch screen). No IR pens needed, but actually more
coarse resolution.

It's actually more of a software problem: blob detection and a pretty
user interface.

Sign me up for show and tell in January!

This is a really cool, relatively easy, and fun project.

And yes, w/ two cameras (not even 90degrees), you can approximate
some depth. (you could do that as a touch screen, obviously, but
attaching an IR LED to, well, anything, could have some fun
applications).
