So, lets use analogy here:
If your car was parked at the mall (public access) and you were to leave
the window of your car down (unsecured), and someone were to take a CD
holder from your front seat full of music and movie CD's and DVDs, would
RIAA/MPAA then be able to successfully sue you for "illegally
distributing" the songs & movies?
