Jon,
I dont know if you have been contacted on this yet
or if a decision has been made. If not,
the Robot Group meets tonight, so as secretary,
I will see that the issue is discussed and we can
email you a response somewhere between 9-11pm.
Thanks,
Gray

Subject: [Robotgroup] EFF Party at SXSW Interactive

We need to know today (because we're finalizing the requisite marketing
pieces) whether The Robot Group can be part of the EFF-Austin party at SXSW
Interactive. I know you wanted $$ to help fund your part of the show, but
our sponsor only came through with half our budget, so we can't guarantee
that you'll get money from the appearance. However we're still looking for
more money.

I'm sorry this is so last minute, but Doryan and I have been looking for
more sponsorship dollars, and were hoping we'd have money we could promise
you by now.

As you know, this is going to be a huge steampunk bash with White Ghost
Shivers playing live; the Robot Group would be a great fit. If you'll commit
to do something, I'll keep looking for sponsorship.

thanks,
Jon
