I got the original logos in electronic format from Derek a while back,
bitmap and EPS versions. I placed them here in case you want to play
with them:

IIRC, when we examined the EPS one, it was an encapsulated bitmap. I
don't know if a vector version exists. If, as Glenn says, it was done in
Mac Paint then a vector version may not exist and it would have to be
created from the original artwork.
