[Robotgroup] Agenda for Meeting on Feb 8th!

Hi Vern,
Don't know if I want to be an offical agenda item, but I want to bring my
new base in (unofficial name: Seeker).  I am having trouble making the home
brewed optical wheel encoders work.  I was hoping that I could talk you into
bringing your little Parallax O-scope to help diagnose the trouble.  I want
to see if I am having noise trouble and if my little circuit is generating
clean square waves.
