Hope to see you at some of the Robotgroup meetings, most Thursdays 7:30pm-10 at the Pok E Joe's Barbeque on south Lamar & 360.

I don't know about the Lego contest, but there are others in the group that I've overheard discussing it. Hopefully someone will provide some details.

Which languages do you code in and what type of software projects do you do? I'm an EE with more hardware than software experience, but that's changing.

My name's Larry .. haven't built any robots myself yet, but it's something
I've always been interested in.  I guess I end up tinkering with software
projects more often, since those require less planning ahead, finding parts,
etc.   Hopefully that will change soon :)

I did see some of you and your projects at one of the Dorkbot gatherings
last year .. although for some reason I waited a few months to find the
mailing list.  :) I think what jogged my memory was hearing about some kind
of Lego robotics contest coming up..  Robofest, I believe .. anyone here
involved with that?
