[Robotgroup] Fwd: Tracked vehicles

We've seen this before.  There are professional bomb disposal bots that 
will climb stairs but they cost big bucks.  These guys probably think 
they can get something cheap.  Now if some of us were to design and 
market something that would do the job of some of the pro bots for half 
the price we could try this outside of the group.
