I won't be able to make tonight's RG meeting, but I've blocked off
tomorrow completely for dorkbot-related to-dos, including "get some
instructions in order for RG and other participants to email out"

This dorkbot is getting a life of its own.

We were contacted today by G4TV about doing some filming at this
dorkbot.  It's going to be huge.   I would guess, without being
overly optimistic, at least 2000 geeks flowing through dorkbot.

Just a heads up - This is going to lead to some potentially MASSIVE
crowd control issues, for sure, so please start brainstorming on some
ideas.

FYI: even though this is an official SxSW event, this will also be an
open-to-the-public event.  We will have to require RSVPs ahead of
time.  We debated the "spirit" of this... dorkbot is supposed to be a
100% open and free event, so associating with SxSW would fall in the
grey area.  However, at the end of the day, we all agreed that the
exposure, PR, and utter-coolness factor we'd have was an appropriate
benefit.

I  will definitely be at the RG mtg next week.
