Happy New Year boys and girls ,
  I'm just making the transition from the flu/cold I got from too many kids to my main enemy...cedar ,but I did have just enough feel good time to get the old school buss running..sort of .The engine comes to life via fuel from an old lawn mower gas tank with a fitting on the cap so I can pressurize it with an air tank (to make up for the too small gas line coming out the bottom).The real thrill is trying to control it with the clutch control being a long steel bar coming up thru a hole in the floor which takes all of my weight to dissengage and my left hand on the ignition switch(also known as the brakes) which leaves no hands on the steering wheel ...Loads of fun and a few crushed obsticles .Todays task is getting the tire people out here to put some new(er) rear tires on .Tommorow is loading and secure followed by positioning for towing and removing the drive shaft .I wish I had time to get the other parts working and legal because it would be a great moving van .Oh well..
