Thats a great idea! I now nominate TAMI as the new Announcement
Committee Chair. All in favor? :)

But seriously, I only thought about using the mailing list as a way to
try and raise the profile of the meetings after the calendar on the web
site wasn't getting much attention. The last time I used that meeting
announcement email it *was* a few days in advance. Dang this "life"
stuff sure gets in the way... ;)

I did update the front page of the web site to have a notice of the
repeating meeting and also has maps to the location.

We have made a deal with the folks at pokes to meet there every
Thursday. The last meeting they had even gone so far as to put out signs
on the tables that said "Reserved for Robots" so we couldn't use the
room since we aren't robots dang it! ;)

I'll try to get a post up to the board on Tuesdays to announce the
meetings on Thursday along with the agenda in advance. I'm trying to get
 more structure into the group so I'm sorta naming this up as I go
along. Any feedback and help is appreciated. :)
