[Robotgroup] table top robot platform

I think if this is done a we should make or use a pre-built controller
board. Boards are pretty cheap to make  home etching is a marginal process.
It also might be just as well to have the part put on the board most modern
controllers are at the edge of professional hand soldering and are get well
beyond home soldering.
