How does it work financially?

There's the 'Honest Health Club' business model - core group of excessively 
buff enthusiasts get more than their money's worth, meanwhile providing 
moral encouragement to the larger occasional contingent trying to improve 
their own buffness.

And there's the 'Dishonest Health Club' business model - before the club 
fills up, sell way more (typically long-term) memberships than can be 
sustained by the available facilities, and let overcrowding occur.

Very cool concept, hope it succeeds.
