The folks that commissioned the work for the TV series just asked for
arm motion, no other motion required. The budget for the whole project
was only like $500 and that had to cover radio, servos, the rubber baby,
make up and lunch for all of us at Opal Devines! ;)

The prop was only supposed to be visible for a very short time during a
birth scene and the director wanted the arms to move up during that
take, then they were gunna use a real baby for closeups etc so the prop
wasn't supposed to be "hero" quality.

Also, the actors holding the prop can impart motion by turning/shaking
the head/body during the scene. The rubber the baby is made from is very
light and soft and would probably pick up those motions. The feet/legs
will probably not be seen at all.

I kinda thought it would be good to have the head turn, but again time
and budget were the constraints. I was just pretty impressed with the
outcome with this being their first ever animatronics project! :)
