Anybody ever seen an electronic log game?

I went to Savers and found this hackable item I couldn't resist.  It looks
like a log, sort of a bread loaf shaped plastic log.  It takes four D cells
and has a speaker on the bottom.  It has four buttons on the front and four
of what look like LEDs.  The thing is dead.  Inside is a board with one of
those potted chips like watches and cheap calculators.  The buttons are
spring loaded and each pair of buttons is attached to a mechanism with a
motor and sector gear that trips the right or left button to pop out like a
circuit breaker.  Each LED looking thing has three wires going to it. Could
be red/green or maybe a sensor for light or something.  It's weeeeird!  No
decals or other markings to tell what it was or who made it.  Could easlily
become a ThereLog or Log A Ping or something.  Even a search on Ebay yielded
no results under log toy or log game.  Anybody know what it is let me know.
Otherwise I'll just have to bring it Thursday and we can all guess at it.
