This is a the closest I've seen. Designed for use in the DMZ between the 
Kroeas:

Here's a promo video showing the robot mentioned above automatically 
tracking humans and firing a machine gun on them:

The only way this works is in a demilitarized zone.. using simple IR 
signature and motion tracking to hit a target. ANY target in an area 
where it's not supposed to be.

There's also a few robot security guards that patrol areas:

with a paint ball gun to mark intruders so police can identify them:
