[Robotgroup] PIC bootloader from Microchip

It is actually a USB bootloader. I think I can get the source for it,
but I just didn't want to reinvent the wheel if somebody already
had one that worked like I want.

I've spent the past 5 days trying to see how fast I can get a
constant data stream from the PIC18F2455 and I must say that I was
hoping it would be faster. I will post the results once I properly
can validate what I am seeing.

I didn't get MPLAB working under wine yet. Right now I just VNC from
my Linux box to a windows box to do the compile.

If the loader you are using is written to send a DTR pulse before initiating the transfer then you can get a reset without having to button press each time. I dont know if any pic loaders do that or if you can get the source and make it so. I have only seen it on other processors like the propeller propStick.
