[Robotgroup] PIC bootloader from Microchip

Alberto,
I have some 12F683 which are tiny. Not sure the bootloader would fit. I also
have a few samples of dsPic30F20xx. Perhaps we can discuss my options on
Thursday.
Be interesting to see if MPLAB will run under Linux.
