            I have extra office space that's not being used. I'd like to donate

the space to a non-profit organization. 



So that I can claim a tax deduction for it's use, the user would have

to get their own phone and internet service, which runs about $90 per

line from the phone company. The reason is to help prove that the

non-profit is occupying the space, for tax purposes.



Also, the donated lease has to be a month-to-month lease because we

may need to use the space in the future.



I have several unused single rooms, with windows, and a locking door.



I know the building owner, and may be able to accommodate larger

spaces if someone is interested and needs a larger space.



The location is near Cameron Road and 183(Anderson Lane).



If you're interested or know someone who might be able to use the

help, please email.



If you're not a non-profit, I might be willing to lease the extra

space for cheap.
