Hello.

The following message is brought to you by Mr. Poo-Poo.

The use of ANY space requires a commitment, even if it only a month
to month one. I wonder how many people would vote to spend the $90 a
month on nothing but a phone line in an empty small office. Anyone?
Once that is done, go and buy all the usual supplies that are
required for an organization to function adequately. Then find people
to volunteer their time to run the thing. Then pay for electricity.
Then get insurance. Then get a security system. Then blah, blah,
blah... you get the idea. There is a never-ending list of stuff to
deal with.

Maybe getting the space itself is not the issue at all.

Mr. Poo-Poo
