Thanks, from an ex-president, for taking care of this matter.

The corporation paperwork changes go to the Texas Secretary of 
State.  IRS will also need to be notified since we are a bona fide 
501(c)3.  The various banks in which we have our large slush funds 
stashed need to be notified.  By rights, domain names owned by The 
Robot Group, should have the legal address entered as the postal mail 
contact address at the domain name registrar(s).

Sales and Use Tax Permits are issued through the Office of the State 
Comptroller (if and when we determine that one is necessary, i.e., we 
actually sell something that is not part of (a giveaway) membership.
