So when's movie night at Les's place.  Got a microwave for popcorn?

Yeah, a few years ago RIAA or somebody was going around "busting" places 
of business who used the radio on the PA or music on hold vs Muzak.   
Apparently that got squashed by the courts as not being a "public 
performance" since they aren't doing that any more. 

There was a similar case a few years ago that was somewhat comical.  The 
post office decided that you shouldn't be using FedEx for things that 
weren't "express" by nature and were sending armed postal inspectors 
into company mail rooms to stop it. 

I'm just waiting for the Microsoft Enforcement Division to show up.
