For this type gig? It would be curiosity and a screwdriver. :) FWIW, Nic

I think we can find old devices for dissection/evaluation from many 
places without setting up a procurement committee. I can provide 
sacrificial devices of many different stripes without problem.

The result of the dissection might be to place the entire disassembled 
device into a trash can. We may not need to store anything. Or, the 
parts could be given away to interested parties, or if they are 
valuable, entered into the parts inventory that the Parts Committee is 
assembling and maintaining. :)
