[Robotgroup] Need heavy duty portable tripod for projects

I am looking for one or more, heavy-duty portable tripods for use in a 
project. 

Something like the tripods used by surveyors would be nice.
Used, in good condition, for a good price, would be nice.

I need something  steady to mount  microwave antennas and an optical
sensor array.  A "head" on the tripod with micro adjustment screws would
be nice as well.  A fluid head could be useful as well, but the micro 
adjustment
capability would be more useful.

The tripod needs to be able to support a couple of pounds of equipment, at
a minimum.  Preferably it could support much more, say ~50 pounds.

A motor drive telescope mount would be nice as well, but would need to be
capable of dealing with 50 pounds of equipment, or more.

There are microwave dish aiming rotators, for satellite antennas on RVs.
Some of those would be useful as well.

Please let me know if you come across any good deals on heavy duty tripods
or microwave multi-axis rotators.
