[Robotgroup] Meeting Frequency...?

I for one would be in favor of a meeting every other week. I am sure that we can get the same things done in 1/2 the meetings. My kids would like to see me more often.

Ok, I wanted to float a thought for the members...

Would we be better served as a group if we were to meeting bi-weekly
instead of weekly?

I've started to wonder since it seems that in many cases we haven't had
a chance to get much done and so the same items seem to appear on the
agenda.

I was wondering if it would be better to have a meeting and then a week
off for building. Maybe meet 1st and 3rd Thursdays?

For me, I've been feeling the pinch in trying to get things done. My
weekends and some evenings are getting gobbled up by family obligations
or work. I was wondering if we might be better off having a night to
work on projects, which in turn led to the above train of thought.

Maybe one week is a meeting and one week its a build night? Maybe at a
member's house or maybe just "independent study". :)

The low turnout at the last meeting had me wondering if the rank and
file are starting to feel "burned out" and need a break..?

Thoughts?
