No, not at the moment, Paul.

I was enlightened by the suggestions offered in response to my earlier  
query; however, I was really asking about something that could have  
been more easily accomplished with a pager motor and a wire stuck  
lengthwise through the plastic fishing lure.

The linear actuators being passed around the the Nitinol ideas have  
got me thinking though.
