[Robotgroup] Fix a Flat..?

Ok, I was wondering if someone could give me a hand with putting a new 
inner tube into a wheelchair wheel.

Last time I did work on an inner tube, I was about 10 yrs old and 
remember putting a patch on the inner tube and using fire to vulcanize 
the rubber. :) Once I got the wheel back on the bike, I was happy cause 
it meant I didn't have to ride my dinosaur to school that day.. :)

Anyway, I frankly don't remember how to do the replacement.. anyone have 
  experience on how to do this?
