Here's what I have learned to the moment.  Don 
has informed Vern that he does not have the 
Mechanical Flower.  The Mechanical Flower is also not at the Graner residence.

The last place it appeared - in all likelihood - 
was Wheel Days at the Manchaca Elementary 
School.  Rick was heading that one up and he is out of town.

Does anyone else have any intelligence regarding this exhibit?
