Wasn't throwing rocks at'cha Denise :) You've been busy like the rest of 
us. I was just commenting on how lots of people tell me to delegate and 
even when I do I end up mostly doing the stuff I tried to delegate or it 
doesn't get done.

This is just another example of why I think it's so critically important 
  to step up recruiting! More hands make light work and all that....
