[Robotgroup] Darpa Urbun challenge finale on Nov 3rd

Sadly, the team from Austin Robot Technology did not make the final cut but
they did perform very well.  Our friend Jorge sent the following interesting
story as to why they suddenly went from 20 finalists to 11.  Also here is a
link to their photo album.  Very cool slideshow.

I must say that the results are fair... the 11 teams they selected were
truly the best and we are not one of them... but, hey, we ended up 27th last
year and this year we were amongst the top 20... I like the trend :-)

Dr. Tether just said that only 11 teams will be going... even though they
have space for 20... He said that he was riding in a chase vehicle observing
one of the qualifying runs, when all of a sudden the robot did a U-Turn in
front of them and started accelerating towards his car in a full head-on
collision course... he said that's when he decided to trim the number of
finalists...
